Lydia Faltin

Yes, I know. Every year someone dies that was way too young. And when that happens everyone and their brother decides they were that person's best friend and they are the most heart broken over the situation.

Truth is, I was a friend of Lydia's. Throughout Jr. High and High School Lydia Faltin was a friend. Sure we didn't hang out much outside of school or call each other on the phone and have long talks every night. But we were friends none the less.

Lydia was an amazing person, a friend of everybody, always out going, laughing, had an opinion she was willing to share. Lydia was an extremely talented artist. I remember her coming out of art class with a new painting in hand willing to show it off only if asked. She always had excitement in her voice too.
At the young age of 20 Lydia was in a single car crash in Camarillo. She apparently lost control of her car and died on impact.

Lydia, you will forever be remembered through your art and your friendliness towards everyone.

Rest In Peace Lydia Faltin
